EdgeComply is a product compliance service provider for manufacturers worldwide. The headache we solve: to sell products in Europe and beyond, manufacturers need certifications like CE marking. Otherwise, they risk fines, product recalls, and personal prosecution.
But the process is confusing, and the market is dominated by slow, old-school behemoths that are a pain to work with.
Thatโs where we come in: We are a modern, agile, digital, and fast compliance consultancy. Our Project Managers work on-site in London and are supported by a vast, highly vetted pool of remote compliance experts who execute the technical work.
## ๐ ABOUT THE ROLE
โ Full-Time | ๐ข On-Site (London, Design District)
This internship is designed for someone at the very beginning of their commercial career who wants hands-on exposure to real B2B business development.
Youโll work directly with the Founder to help grow EdgeComplyโs customer base. From day one, youโll be involved in real conversations with prospective clients, learning how deals are sourced, qualified, shaped, and closed in a high-trust B2B services environment.
This is a learning-intensive role with steep progression potential.
## ๐ ๏ธ YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
๐ Lead Research & Market Intelligence
Research manufacturers and industries to understand their regulatory and commercial context
Identify high-quality inbound opportunities and help prioritise them
๐ Sales & Discovery Support
Join client discovery calls alongside senior team members
Learn how to ask the right questions and map client pain points to solutions
Gradually take ownership of parts of the conversation as confidence grows
โ๏ธ Proposal & Offer Support
Assist in creating proposals, pricing outlines, and client-facing materials
Help tailor offers to specific client needs and industries
๐ Pipeline & CRM Management
Keep our sales pipeline clean, up to date, and moving forward
Track follow-ups, next steps, and deal status
๐ Client Handover Support
Support smooth transitions from signed deal to project kick-off
Ensure internal teams have the context they need to deliver

This is a full-time, on-site role.
Minimum 4 days/week in our office at the Design District (easy 3-minute walk from North Greenwich station)

Flexibility for occasional remote work
Occasional evening calls with West Coast US clients (8โ9 pm London time)
