EdgeComply is a product compliance service provider for manufacturers worldwide. The headache we solve: to sell products in Europe and beyond, manufacturers need certifications like CE marking. Otherwise, they risk fines, product recalls, and personal prosecution.
But the process is confusing, and the market is dominated by slow, old-school behemoths that are a pain to work with.
Thatโs where we come in: We are a modern, agile, digital, and fast compliance consultancy. Our Project Managers work on-site in London and are supported by a vast, highly vetted pool of remote compliance experts who execute the technical work.
## ๐ ABOUT THE ROLE
โ Full-Time | ๐ข On-Site (London, Design District)
This role focuses on the commercial engine of EdgeComply. As a Commercial Associate, you support and improve how revenue is generatedโfrom first inbound enquiry to signed agreement and successful handover. Youโll work closely with the Founder to make sure opportunities are assessed correctly, offers are structured well, and commercial decisions are executed cleanly.
This is a strong entry point for someone who wants exposure to pricing, deal logic, client economics, and revenue operations in a fast-growing services business.
## ๐ ๏ธ YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
๐งฎ Deal Assessment & Commercial Structuring
Review inbound opportunities and help assess fit, urgency, and commercial potential
Support deal scoping, pricing logic, and engagement structure
๐ Proposals & Revenue Materials
Build and refine proposals, scopes of work, and commercial documentation
Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all client-facing materials
๐ Revenue Operations & Pipeline Hygiene
Maintain accurate records of opportunities, deal stages, and next actions
Track deal progression and surface risks or blockers early
๐ Cross-Team Coordination
Act as the commercial bridge between client conversations and delivery teams
Ensure expectations, scope, and constraints are understood internally
๐ Client Interaction (Progressive Responsibility)
Join selected client calls to understand commercial dynamics first-hand
Over time, take ownership of defined parts of the commercial conversation

## โ LOGISTICS
This is a full-time, on-site role.
Minimum 4 days/week in our office at the Design District (easy 3-minute walk from North Greenwich station)

Flexibility for occasional remote work
Occasional evening calls with West Coast US clients (8โ9 pm London time)
