Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 / year

EdgeComply is a product compliance service provider for manufacturers worldwide. The headache we solve: to sell products in Europe and beyond, manufacturers need certifications like CE marking. Otherwise, they risk fines, product recalls, and personal prosecution.
But the process is confusing, and the market is dominated by slow, old-school behemoths that are a pain to work with.
That’s where we come in: We are a modern, agile, digital, and fast compliance consultancy. Our Project Managers work on-site in London and are supported by a vast, highly vetted pool of remote compliance experts who execute the technical work.

As Partnerships Associate, you focus on growing EdgeComply through trusted external relationships.
Rather than transactional selling, this role is about identifying, nurturing, and operationalising partnerships with organisations that influence manufacturers’ compliance decisions—such as consultants, agencies, platforms, and service providers.
You’ll work closely with the Founder to explore new distribution channels and turn warm introductions into repeatable sources of high-quality clients.
## 🛠️ YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
🌐 Partner Identification & Outreach
Research organisations and advisors whose clients need product compliance support
Initiate and manage early conversations with potential partners
🤝 Relationship Development
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with partner organisations
Understand partner incentives, client profiles, and success criteria
🧠 Joint Value Creation
Shape collaboration models that benefit both sides
Help partners understand how and when to position EdgeComply
📄 Partner Materials & Enablement
Create clear partner-facing explanations, scopes, and referral workflows
Ensure partners have what they need to introduce EdgeComply confidently
🔄 Opportunity Coordination
Manage inbound opportunities originating from partners
Coordinate internal handovers once a partner-led deal moves forward

## ☕ LOGISTICS
This is a full-time, on-site role.
Minimum 4 days/week in our office at the Design District (easy 3-minute walk from North Greenwich station)
12 min Waterloo ⇄ North Greenwich | 8 min Stratford ⇄ North Greenwich
Flexibility for occasional remote work
Occasional evening calls with West Coast US clients (8–9 pm London time)
